Ten photographs each, in the order the work actually happened — the roof as found, what the inspection turned up, the deck once the old covering came off, and the finished roof. Most of what decides how a roof performs is buried under the shingles by the end of the day it goes on; these are the pictures of that part.

The first assessment found nothing. Ours went over the roof in detail and recorded what was there — photographed, measured and written up while it was still visible, so the evidence stood on its own rather than resting on anybody’s opinion.

A commercial roof on a Quality Inn where the original assessment found no storm damage. We re-inspected the roof, documented what we found in detail, and provided that record to the owner. The property went on to receive a full roof replacement.
